“We are aware of an ongoing issue related to the Go Sign Mobile application, which is required to approve qualified signatures. The fix which was applied on 5th Oct 2026 had to be reverted due to a subsequent error during signing. At present, Go>Sign mobile Android users encounter an error in their app during authorization. We continue to work with our 3rd party service provider to identify and resolve the issue at the earliest.”
